Responsibilities
The Tax Team Consultant shall provide certain Tax consulting services to the Company as agreed between the parties from time to time during the term of the Agreement including, but not limited to:
- Coordinate Company Tax function activities on a global basis.
- Provide guidance and perform ongoing processing support for Company Tax matters.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, management, or finance with additional Tax education required.
- MBA, CPA, Tax Certification, or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years professional Tax work experience, preferably within a global life sciences company
