Processes accounts receivable monthly, prepares billings, and files liens and payments of liens with other agencies.

Maintains fixed assets and inventory reports for all departments at the end of the year.
Monthly balancing of all funds with the Treasurer and prepares reports. Monthly reconciling of taxes.
Processes payroll for all County employees bi-weekly. Files and processes all the reports required of payroll bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and year end.
Assist the public with registering to vote, make changes to address and cancellation. Assists in preparation and distribution of Election Day supplies. Assists in the counting of election ballots on Election Day at close of polls.
