The ideal candidate will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by negotiating claims and advocating for clients in mediation, arbitration or trial.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and settle claims with opposing parties through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration
- Advocate for clients' interests in court proceedings, such as trials
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Licensed attorney with a JD degree from an accredited law school and active WSBA membership
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
- Familiarity with Personal Injury or Civil Procedure laws is highly desirable
