Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
- Provide recommendations on menu items, including food and drink specials, to enhance the guest experience.
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure that all items meet quality standards before serving.
- Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, addressing any needs or concerns in a timely manner.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and food service skills
- Experience in food handling and safety protocols
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
