What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at Brunch & Sip?
The purpose of this position is to interact with guest and ensure they have a great experience when dining at Brunch & Sip. Restaurant Bartenders are responsible for positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guest and servers in a friendly and efficient manner.
Duties :
- Serve food and drinks prepared according to Brunch & Sip recipes and procedures.
- Provide customer service.
- Serve drinks responsibly according to Serv-Safe guidelines.
- Place bottled merchandise and glasses to make a smart display.
- Keep work station clean.
- Keep a balanced drawer.
- Keep everything stocked, including : liquor, beer, frozen mixes, fruit, napkins, silverware, plates, etc.
- Be knowledgeable about the menu.
- Be knowledgeable about drinks.
- Check Identification of guest in order to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
