The purpose of this position is to interact with guest and ensure they have a great experience when dining at Brunch & Sip. Restaurant Bartenders are responsible for positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guest and servers in a friendly and efficient manner.
Duties:
- Serve food and drinks prepared according to Brunch & Sip recipes and procedures.
- Provide customer service.
- Serve drinks responsibly according to Serv-Safe guidelines.
- Place bottled merchandise and glasses to make a smart display.
- Keep work station clean.
- Keep a balanced drawer.
- Keep everything stocked, including: liquor, beer, frozen mixes, fruit, napkins, silverware, plates, etc.
- Be knowledgeable about the menu.
- Be knowledgeable about drinks.
- Check Identification of guest in order to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours at a time, bend and lift 50 lbs.
- Must speak English.
- Must provide documentation of legal U.S. residency.
- Previous Bartending experience.
- Must be able to manage many tasks quickly and efficiently.
- Must have Food Handlers card.
- Must have a License/Certification/Permit
