JOB SUMMARY
Join our team as a Laborer where you will play a crucial role in supporting construction projects. As a Laborer, you will work under the supervision of the Construction Manager, assisting with various tasks to ensure project success.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Assist in setting up and cleaning job sites.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate power tools and equipment under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Support carpenters, painters, and other tradespeople as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES
- Assist with hardscape and landscaping projects.
- Support in flooring installation and remodeling tasks.
- Help fabricate materials as required.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Prior experience in construction or related field is a plus; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading is advantageous.
- Ability to use power tools safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of construction painting techniques.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Capacity to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team.
