Staff Accountant-I
Full Time (Must be local, In Office, this is NOT remote)
Brundage-Bone Concrete Pumping; Thornton, CO.
Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 Depending on Experience

Join our TEAM! Brundage-Bone Concrete Pumping, Capital Pumping LP and Eco-Pan, Inc. (also known as Concrete Pumping Holdings – the holding company NASDAQ: BBCP) has an immediate opening for a full-time Staff Accountant based in our corporate office based in Thornton, CO. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this position is responsible for providing assistance with all accounting matters, documenting policies and procedures, month end close related items, and related actionable recommendations under the direction of the Accounting Manager and Controller.

Job functions:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual general ledger account reconciliations including prepaid, intangibles, accruals
- Prepare daily/monthly bank reconciliations
- Assist accounting team to complete the monthly/quarterly/yearly accounting close process including journal entry and account reconciliations to ensure complete, accurate and timely financial reporting
- Assist in successful audits with external and internal auditors
- Work with AP, Payroll, and other departments/branches as needed to resolve any issues
- Maintenance on fixed asset capitalization, research, and its depreciation schedule.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in accounting
- 0-1 year of experience
- US GAAP knowledge
- ERP system knowledge, SAGE preferred but not required
- Confident working independently as well as with the team
- Self-driven with excellent organizational skills, high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to be flexible in an evolving environment.
- Intermediate to advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including customer service/relationship management skills
- Flexible, dependable, confident and accountable
- Desire to evolve and grow as organization evolves
