Job Description: -
- Provides a variety of clerical, data entry and administrative support duties.
- Types letters, and reports from drafts and proofreads and reviews documents for grammatical and numerical errors.
- Prepares reports, and other documents using word processing, and spreadsheet software packages.
- Answers telephone calls, responds to questions, and directs callers to appropriate parties.
- Maintains, updates or creates databases and/or database information.
- Copy, scan, and file correspondences, records, documents and reports according to an established system in the cloud.
- Sorts and distributes mail and packages to appropriate parties.

- Analytical thinker.
- Knowledge of using web-based programs.
- Fantastic organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Brilliant written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent telephone skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Copying, and Scanning
- HS diploma, GED or relevant work experience
- Pursuing a college degree is a plus
- Pursuing law school is a plus
- Ability to follow directions and ask questions
