What are you going to do
- Technical position within Product Operations and Testing Laboratory providing test engineering support and leadership for lubricant product development
- Provide technical leadership to the testing and evaluation of lubricant products in industrial equipment and systems
- Develop and implement test procedures according to OEM and equipment builder specifications, industry standard and for screening tests
- Advance company's technical positions in industry, academic, regulatory and professional areas related to lubricant performance evaluation
- Interact with OEMs and equipment builders for critical hardware and rig set-up information
- Monitor and track severity and precision of test rigs
- Participate in industry activities related to the development of new tests and surveillance of existing tests
- Monitor and troubleshoot operation of test rigs
- Prioritize testing activities and track availability and utilization of test rigs
- Monitor calibration of critical measuring equipment
- Ensure compliance with quality control and data integrity expectations
