Introduction
Brunel is currently searching for a Contracts Administrator for a long-term contract position with our client located in Bagdad, Arizona . Will consider out of area candidate on a 4 / 1 rotation.
What are you going to do
The hired candidate will focus on the administration of contracts for assigned NOLA projects from conception through execution and completion. Responsible for assisting with post contract administration of contract matters as assigned. Reports operationally to the Manager Staffing Contracts and the Director Project Support Services.
Essential Functions :
Receives and reviews a wide variety of contract requests, may support one or more specialized areas requiring an increased depth of knowledge.
Responsible for the timeous and accurate issuing of Service Orders against appropriate project cost codes
Identifies process and / or supplier performance issues and works with multiple parties (internal and external) to resolve issues.

Nature of Work - Works on administrative / procedural issues and implements solutions mostly through the determination of strategy and communication with involved parties in a group or functional area.
Level of Interaction - Often collaborates with managers and / or functional site leaders and with external colleagues.
Autonomy / Decision making - Has moderate supervision and some latitude to set objectives, priorities and timelines that may impact a department or an individual work group.
Budgetary responsibility - Has no budget responsibility
Managerial responsibility - Manages a function or specific program(s) or project(s) but no people.
Essential skills and knowledge
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or GED and five (5) years' experience in Supply Chain or the related fields of Business, Accounting, or Engineering, OR
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or the related fields of Business, Accounting, or Engineering and three (3) years' experience in Supply Chain or the related fields of Business, Accounting, or Engineering
Knowledge of the principles and practices of commercial contracts management
Proficient in the use of personal computers in a business environment : MS Word, Excel, Outlook is essential
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with contract administration of multiple projects simultaneously
Prior Owners' team experience preferred
Working as a team member (Client, EPCM & Contractors)

500 / day USD

If candidate is not local to Bagdad, Arizona, client will provide accommodations and travel for a 4 week on, 1 week work from home rotation, along with monthly stipend for living expenses.
