Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the industrial services sector, with a particular focus on the oil, gas, and refining industries.
- Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets, supported by a $5 million budget and performance-based incentives that reward success.
- Spearhead initiatives to explore and penetrate previously untapped markets and customer segments, positioning the business as a leader in Industrial Specialty Services.
- Collaborate closely with Profit and Loss (P&L) leaders and operational teams to implement effective team-selling strategies, ensuring alignment between business development efforts and service delivery.
