Job Duties
The Maintenance Planner II will be responsible for:
- Planning and executing maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
- Developing and maintaining schedules to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior planners to ensure knowledge transfer and succession planning.
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Diploma AND 6 years of Field Maintenance experience in mining, manufacturing, or industrial operations, or two years of specific planning experience in field maintenance.
- Associates and 4 years' experience, or Bachelor's and 2 year experience.
- General knowledge of workflow Maintenance Planning/ Scheduling.
- Basic understanding of Mining and/or Process Equipment.
- Working proficiency in MS Office.
- Basic understanding of maintenance management systems such as SAP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
