Job Description
Brunel is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner II to join their team in Miami, Arizona. This contract-to-hire role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will lead workload activities by planning, scheduling, measuring, and analyzing maintenance activities with site supervisors. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and scheduling execution to achieve successful resolution of issues.
- Managing and maintaining the integrity of information management systems to meet assigned planning and scheduling objectives.
- Collaborating with the Supervisor to establish and monitor planned schedules for assigned activities.
- Participating in planning meetings and reviewing, prioritizing, and scheduling work orders.
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess:
- Diploma AND 6 years of Field Maintenance experience in mining, manufacturing, or industrial operations, or two years of specific planning experience in field maintenance.
- Associates and 4 years' experience, or Bachelor's and 2 year experience.
- General knowledge of workflow Maintenance Planning/ Scheduling.
- Basic understanding of Mining and/or Process Equipment.
- Working proficiency in MS Office.
- Basic understanding of maintenance management systems such as SAP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
