Key Responsibilities
The Lead Planner/Scheduler will be responsible for:
Project Scheduling:
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Maintain accurate records and track progress.
Team Leadership:
- Lead a team of planners and schedulers.
- Provide guidance and support as needed.
Risk Management:
- Participate in risk assessment, mitigation, and tracking.
Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related fields, along with ten years' experience in Construction Management and six years in a leadership role in project controls.
- Or High School diploma or GED, fifteen years' experience in engineering, construction, project controls, or business-related field, with six years in a leadership role in project controls planning and scheduling.
