Job Title : Regulatory Analyst
Location : Midland, TX
Schedule : Hybrid (40 Hours / Week, Hybrid (M - Th in office, Fri remote).
W2 Contract role w / Benefits
Description :
Provide regulatory support in complying with federal, state, and local regulations. Should be able to effectively interact with internal asset teams and departments as well as external representatives to secure regulatory compliance with little supervision.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Support to asset teams in completing and submitting regulatory filings including but not limited to drilling permits, completions, recompletions, flare permits, commingle permits, and injection permits with all associated forms.
- Research and assist to resolve all compliance issues.
- Maintain in-house tracking systems with current information.
- Request and review as drilled plats provided by the survey company.
- Distribute filings to teams and departments as needed.
- Assist with review of assets for compliance issues during acquisitions and divestitures.
- Work with service company to obtain, review and file W-15's
- Complete all data collection for completion packets
- Assess and resolve violation notices for assigned area.
