Senior Project Manager – Commercial Construction
📍 Location: Sugar Land, Texas
💰 Compensation: Base salary $120K bonus & profit-sharing
Are you a seasoned project manager ready to lead high-value commercial construction projects? We’re seeking a driven professional to oversee multiple developments from groundbreaking to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety & quality standards.
What You’ll Do:
🔹 Lead multiple commercial projects ($20M-$30M) from pre-construction to closeout
🔹 Develop & manage schedules, budgets, and contracts
🔹 Oversee procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and risk mitigation
🔹 Drive coordination with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams
🔹 Ensure compliance with industry best practices & safety regulations
🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
What You Bring:
✅ 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
✅ Strong leadership & team-building skills
✅ Expertise in Tilt-Wall, Structural Steel, and Concrete Construction
✅ Proficiency in reading blueprints, contracts, and project specifications
✅ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
✅ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
