The Visual Merchandiser work in partnership with domestic and international offices to ensure consistent visual messaging across all geographic doors.*This position is based in Chicago, ILWhat You’ll Do:Support Illinois/Central retail doors within geographic region to achieve visual standardsEnsure stores are implementing visual directives as communicated by headquarters in ItalyTravel to Brunello Cucinelli Monobrand, BPS and Multibrand locations as required to ensure quality market presentationSupport stores with ongoing window, table, rack, and mannequin styling and advise based on product sell throughPartner with store managers to understand needs of each market and create displays that are relevant to each doorWork cross functionally with Buying, Planning, and Retail Leadership to maximize sales opportunitiesAdapt Visual Guidelines to Market to reflect their assortmentSupport the events and marketing teams for styling and event execution such as in-store events, luncheons, fashion shows, boutique shop openings, charity events, social gatherings, etc.Travel to NY Showroom 2-4 times a year for seasonal training and/or Market supportContribute to overall department success partnering with NY Showroom teamsMeet Departmental deadlines and photo submission guidelinesAdditional tasks as assignedQualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferred6-8 years’ experience in visual merchandising, preferably within wholesale, retail, and outlet luxury apparel industryAbility to stand for five consecutive hours without assistanceAbility to lift 50 lbs on a regular and repeated basis without assistanceAble to travel domestic and internationallyAbility to prioritize multiple projects effectively to deliver timely and impactful results.Thrive on working collaboratively with team members across the company.Adaptable and comfortable with change.Convey positive can-do attitude towards tackling problems.Ability to seek feedback and seek other points-of-view while maintaining confident direction.Team player who can thrive in a relationship driven environment.Passionate, driven, and motivated by product.Strong computer skills, specifically MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.)Ability to work in a growing and entrepreneurial team environment.EEOCBrunello Cucinelli is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
