YOUR SCHEDULE
You will work Monday-Friday.
YOUR DAY
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless start to our job projects by effectively coordinating with our field managers and serving as the main point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary function will involve scheduling the appropriate field manager for preliminary walk-throughs upon notification of a sold job. You will then print and prepare all necessary documents for the walk-through, ensuring that our field managers have everything they need to successfully complete the project.
Additionally, you will be the main contact for customers prior to the start of the job, directing any inquiries or questions to the appropriate team member for a prompt response. For example, questions regarding scheduling will be forwarded to the install dispatcher, while contract details should be sent to the salesperson who sold the job. In addition to the primary functions, you will also be responsible for the registration of newly installed equipment, as well as putting together installation manuals and sending them out with the installation crew on the final day of the job. This supports our commitment to providing thorough and efficient service to our customers, ensuring they have all the necessary information regarding their equipment and our warranty period. You may also assist in our overflow queue by answering incoming calls from our customer service representatives as needed, based on inbound volume.
