Bruni & Campisi of Elmsford, NY is looking to hire a full-time Lead HVAC Installer to provide excellent customer service while going into our clients' homes or commercial buildings and installing heating and cooling systems, as well as provide leadership for the other Installers. This Lead HVAC Installer position earns $35-$60/hour, depending on experience, PLUS a $6000 sign-on bonus for Lead HVAC Technicians and Plumbers! Most installers are currently making well into the 6-figures. Our HVAC Technicians are also eligible for generous benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, relocation assistance, profit-sharing, and overtime potential available. Plus, we have generous paid time off (PTO) which includes paid holidays, paid vacation, paid sick days, and personal days. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD HVAC INSTALLER
- Relevant experience
- EPA Certification is a plus
- Relevant HVAC Technician certifications or licensing is a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift 60 lbs perform typical tasks associated with installing heating and cooling systems
- Leadership ability
