We're looking for a Lead Technical Project Manager to join our Digital Experience Design team to help drive the successful delivery of a wide range of digital projects. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing both the big picture and day-to-day tasks. The Lead Technical Project Manager leads the direction and delivery of digital projects, primarily focusing on website project initiation through final delivery. Knowledge of various CMS platforms and web development frameworks, and a secondary focus on marketing automation, email, CRM and experiential digital technology is required. This role will lead a cross-functional digital team across a broad range of digital projects. This role will focus on leading day-to-day operations and helping deliver exceptional work that drives results as well as investigating, evaluating and recommending Technology stacks based on the need/scenario presented.

Key Performance Indicators
- Act as point person for assigned projects to lead teams in delivery
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from project definition to implementation.
- Create appropriate project documentation such as scopes of work, project plans, user flows, detailed requirements, schedules, budgets, status and project tasks to help our internal teams understand what is expected of them, so that they deliver quality work in an efficient manner.
- Risk Management - provide risk assessment and management on all aspects of the project. Keep the team informed on all risk issues and create risk avoidance plans.
- Create Partnerships - establish relationships at all levels, both internally and externally, to effectively manage the project process, resolve issues, and meet deadlines, budget parameters and scope.
- Strategic Planning- Develop and implement strategic project management initiatives that align with the agency's goals and objectives. If none exists, lead the development of the Brunner process or operating procedure.
- Strategic Leadership and Partnership- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project managers and junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Establish strong working relationships at all levels to resolve issues and meet deadlines, budgets, and scope.
- External and Internal Client consulting – provide recommendations and insight regarding best practice, process, and delivery.
- Collaborate with management to continually refine and enhance the overall digital experience and development process.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate new and innovative solutions that respond to internal and client needs.
- Ensure profitability of accounts through budgeting, control of expenses, and accurate income forecasting.
- Monitor all issues and problems, document current status of projects, and explain any variances and remediation plan to project stakeholders.
- Drive quality on all deliverables, and lead quality assurance efforts
- Seek professional development and stay attuned to emerging web and marketing techniques.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- 4-year degree in related field of study
- 8 years experience managing complex comprehensive, digital projects
- Experience writing functional and technical requirements
- Experience with budgeting, project burndown and reporting
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with industry tools such as MS Project, Wrike, Excel to create schedules, budgets, status reports and more
- Strong background in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Technical/Interactive Project Management process & tools
- Website experience, including knowledge of various CMS platforms
- Digital marketing experience, including SEO, display, social and SEM
- Familiarity with various digital technologies including CMS, CRM/Automation, Digital Marketing Platforms
- High level understanding of web technologies and platforms
- Web QA process, tools and measurement
- Web analytics
- Ability to motivate and manage a virtual team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills to work directly with and manage other team members
