No experience is required for an entry level Groundskeeper , making it a great opportunity to get started in the industry. If you have some experience, you may qualify for mid or senior level, which offers additional responsibilities and growth potential.

What You’ll Do at Brunner’s

1. Prioritize Safety Every Day

-Operate tools and equipment safely and responsibly.

-Attend safety meetings and tailgate talks.

-Wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety belt while in company vehicles.

-Follow all safety policies and reporting procedures.

2. Be Punctual and Ready-to-Work

-Arrive on time, dressed according to company policy, and prepared to take on the day’s tasks.

-Complete all assignments within expected timeframes.

-Follow the company’s inclement weather policies, including snow commitments and weather delays.

3. Master the Art of Commercial Grounds Maintenance

-Pull weeds, rake leaves, blow off sidewalks, and remove debris.

-Assist in planting and watering new plants.

-Use trimmers and edgers to maintain the crisp appearance of sidewalks and turf.

-Operate commercial mowers, snow plowing equipment, and other tools.

-Learn to use skid steers, compact tool carriers, and more!

-We believe in providing our employees with the skills they need to excel and grow within our company, so comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.

What We’re Looking For

While experience is not necessary, it’s a bonus if you have:

-A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for Team Leader positions).

-Basic mechanical skills and a willingness to learn.

-Experience working outdoors and the ability to perform physical tasks.

-A passion for teamwork and serving the community.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
