Job Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Prepare and review tax returns using ProConnect.
Communicate effectively with clients to gather information and address inquiries.
Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and analyses.
Support the team in organizing and managing client documents.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions.
Qualifications
Go-getter mindset with a strong desire to grow professionally.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and ProConnect strongly preferred.
Experience in the construction and/or retail industries is a plus.
