Bruno Independent Living Aids helps keep homes, vehicles and businesses friendly for people with mobility challenges. Our Oconomowoc facility has immediate needs for 1st and 2nd shift machine operator/tender roles.
- 1st Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 5am - 1:30pm or 2:30pm
- 2nd Shift Hours: Monday – Friday 2:30pm – 11:00pm or 3:30pm - 1:00am
- Voluntary Saturdays and 10 hour work days
- Double time pay on Saturdays
- $3,000 Employment Bonus
- 2nd shift premium is $4.00/hour
- Bruno is located in Oconomowoc, WI. 35 minutes west from Milwaukee.
- Bruno has air-conditioned facilities.
- Uniforms and tools are provided to our machinists.

Overview:
- Assist with the laser machines, CNC machines and robotic welding machines.
- Perform machine tending operations and processes; count, stage and record finished parts.
- Remove burrs and sharp edges from manufactured parts using hand grinders, dynafiles, Burr Master and Tumbler.
Education and Experience:
- High school or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- Machine shop experience is a plus but not required.
