- Perform quality assurance checks and documentation, including moisture, color, density, grind analysis, and equipment calibration.
- Complete and document HACCP checks to ensure food safety compliance.
- Support the Control Room Operator in scheduling and managing the flow of green bean receiving, roasting, and grinding.
- Step in to support green bean operations when needed.
- Help with housekeeping, master sanitation, and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Assist in thermal cleaning of the roaster, pelletizer cleaning, and dust collection system maintenance.
- Experience participating in and coordinating equipment changeovers.
- Clear and effective communication skills across teams and departments.
- Ability to document key production data like film usage, rejected materials, rework, and final case counts.
- Skills to make minor equipment adjustments and repairs as needed.
- A team mindset and a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
