- Locate and pull materials using RF terminal based on lot and product numbers.
- Prepare, repackage, and ship or receive products to specification.
- Use computer systems and RF terminals to track and record material movements.
- Verify physical and digital inventory accuracy.
- Return equipment to charging stations and ensure readiness for use.
- Participate in regular physical inventory counts.
- Train and support other forklift operators as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all safety procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current certification to operate a stand-up reach forklift.
- Knowledge of warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
- Strong attention to detail and solid counting/math skills.
- Good hand-eye coordination and motor skills.
- Willingness to work a 24x5 shift schedule with overtime and occasional weekends.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of job safety practices and a strong safety mindset.
