Civil Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities
- Design civil infrastructure projects under the direction of senior management
- CAD drafting for land development projects
- Assist in the analysis of reports, maps, drawings, tests and aerial photographs to plan and design projects
- Assist with civil engineering projects including needs and feasibility studies, asset management, and preparation of technical reports and documentation
- Assist with preparation of quantity takeoffs and preparation of construction cost estimates
- Utilize GIS software to analyze and manage data and to prepare project mapping
- Assist with inspection of construction projects, infrastructure condition assessments and surveys as needed
- Review engineering information used by external partners on projects
- Works in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Submits required paperwork to management in a timely manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
