Superintendent of Construction needed in Cleveland, OH

Division: RCS Construction (Celina, OH)

Duties: Manage day-to-day operations of the construction site. Manage workers to ensure completion of certain tasks by scheduled time. Coordinate with subcontractors and project manager to complete job on time and budget. Ensure necessary material is delivered at appropriate times. Quality control and inspection of work on the job site is critical.

Prefer some time spent studying construction management. Experience working in various fields in the construction industry, knowledge of common materials, equipment, and tools is a must. Require some time spent in field with other company Superintendents to ensure competence and understanding of duties. Hands on leader.

The ideal candidate will be overseeing the construction of a light commercial housing project in the Cleveland area. This project is expected to last 12 months. More work in the area is expected as this work progresses.

Salary negotiable BOE.
