Responsibilities

- Utilize HR software systems such as Paylocity, UltiPro, Workday, or Oracle for efficient HR management.
- Conduct research data collection to inform HR strategies and improve employee engagement.
- Provide guidance on contract negotiations and benefits administration.
- Facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional development.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in human resources.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to mediate disputes effectively.
- Proficient in using HR software systems such as Paylocity, UltiPro, Workday, or Oracle.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and labor laws is essential.
- Strong analytical skills for research data collection and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments to achieve organizational objectives.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred.
