Responsibilities
- Lead wrestling classes for both youth and adults of all skill levels.
- Design and implement structured training sessions focusing on technique, conditioning, and progression.
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to help athletes refine their skills.
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and respectful training environment.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and professional training space at all times.
- Assist with athlete development for competition preparation and fight ready for MMA.
- Collaborate with other coaches and team members to support overall gym goals.
- Participate in events, seminars, and community outreach as needed.
- Build strong relationships with students and families to encourage long-term growth and retention.
Qualifications
- Competitive wrestling background (collegiate college or high school level minimum; coaching experience preferred).
- Experience teaching/coaching wrestling in a gym, club, or school setting.
- Strong technical understanding of wrestling fundamentals and advanced techniques.
- Passion for martial arts and developing athletes of all levels.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional in all aspects.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a coaching team.
