Job Summary:
We are looking for an entry level IT support analyst whose primary job responsibility includes helpdesk support and computer deployment. Duties primarily performed onsite at the Muskegon MI office location.

Computer deployment includes the following:
- Staging and delivery of employee computers and peripherals.
- Assisting existing employees with migration from old device as well as new employee onboarding.
- Includes remote deployment to field sales and service staff.

Help desk support includes troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the following:
- Company issued computer hardware, Windows 10/11 operating systems, various web browsers, external displays, docking stations, and other associated peripherals.
- Shared multi-function devices (printer/copier/scanner).
- Label printers and barcode scanners in a distribution center environment.
- Productivity applications such as Office365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams).
- Office phone system.
- Participation in after hour emergency support rotation.

Infrastructure management support as directed by team leader includes:
- Resolving Windows patching issues on employee computers.
- Resolving Anti-Virus issues on employee computers.
- Assist with monitoring Windows server backups and participation in disaster recovery training.
- Troubleshooting network switches and wireless access points.
- Replace or add network switches and wireless access points.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
Experience
- Entry level position.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network topologies.
- Must possess strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
Education Level
Progress towards or completion of Associates degree in IT, computer science, or related field. Relevant certifications or experience will be considered in place of degree.
