As the ReStore Director, you will lead our ReStore operations to new heights, ensuring financial sustainability and creating a positive, collaborative work environment.
Position Overview:
The ReStore Director is responsible for the strategic oversight, leadership, and operational efficiency of our three ReStore locations. You will work closely with the Director of Operations to develop and implement strategies that align with our mission and drive growth. Your leadership will empower our teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strengthen community partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute long-term strategies to grow ReStore operations while aligning with organizational goals.
- Team Development: Lead and mentor ReStore Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory management, donation processing, and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and efficiency.
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, analyze sales performance, and ensure financial sustainability.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational standards.
Work Schedule:
- Full-Time Exempt
- Tuesday – Saturday
- This position require traveling throughout the county to our three ReStores.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in retail management or a similar environment.
- Team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Financial management experience, including budgeting and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with inventory and sales software.
- Passion for Habitat for Humanity’s mission and values.
