Job Summary
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about child welfare and has a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of others. As a Social Worker III, you will investigate allegations of abuse, neglect, or dependency, ensuring child safety while connecting families with resources to strengthen their units and prevent foster care.

- Investigating allegations of abuse, neglect, or dependency
- Developing effective case plans
- Collaborating with team members to achieve positive outcomes
- Ensuring child safety and well-being
- Providing support and resources to families
- Documenting all interactions and activities
- Participating in court hearings and reporting findings
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work from an accredited school of social work; or
- Bachelor's degree in social work from an accredited school of social work and completion of the Child Welfare Collaborative (Child Welfare positions only); or
- Bachelor's degree in social work from an accredited school of social work and one year directly related experience; or
- An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
