What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fitness Instructor - Zumba position at Brunswick Forest Fitness & Wellness Center?
The Brunswick Forest Fitness and Wellness Center offers exercise classes to the residents of Brunswick Forest. We are a large community that is located just 10 minutes from downtown Wilmington.
We are looking to hire an instructor who has experience teaching Zumba and/or Zumba gold classes. Ideal candidates will have availability on weekday mornings or early afternoons.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of teaching experience is preferred
-Current/valid CPR/AED certification is required
-Current/valid Zumba certification is required
Job Type: Part-time/Contract
Salary: $35.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Lead Zumba fitness classes for groups of varying sizes and fitness levels.
- Incorporate Zumba routines and choreography to create engaging and dynamic workouts.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for participants during classes.
- Maintain Zumba Instructor Certification, CPR Certification, and AED Certification.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in group fitness instruction.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 3 per week
