About the Role:
As Program Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Coastal Carolina Active
Living Center. This position includes administrative duties, supervision of center staff, program
oversight, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations and supervise center staff. - Handle administrative duties including approving time cards and conducting annual
performance reviews. - Approve all center-related activities and ensure programs meet scope requirements. - Collect and analyze participant feedback for program development and improvement. - Conduct monthly advisory council meetings. - Ensure the center complies with local, federal, and state guidelines. - Collaborate with the Communications and Public Relations Director for community outreach
and advocacy related senior issues. - Manage Budget - Collaborate with the Director of Program Development to host fundraising events at your
center. - Purchase supplies.
Key Requirements: - Excellent leadership and organizational skills. - Ability to create a warm, welcoming environment for seniors. - Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the center and its participants. - Understanding of all center roles and ability to cover as needed. - Proficiency in data collection, report creation, and making program implementation
recommendations. - Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
