What You'll Do :
The Retail Marketing Associate is responsible for owning the day-to-day marketing relationship with BRUNT's digital and physical wholesale and online marketplace partnerships. Acting as an internal liaison between brand, growth, marketing operations, and wholesale teams, this partner-facing position is a highly collaborative and detail oriented role that will ensure the successful execution of BRUNT's retail strategy.
How You'll Do It :
Retail Marketing Partnerships
- Work closely with BRUNT's retail partners to ensure that we are maximizing BRUNT's physical and digital presence with our wholesale partners.
- Act as a steward of the BRUNT brand, ensuring that retail partners marketing assets are aligned to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal Sales teams to identify opportunities for brand marketing in both physical and digital spaces, including but not limited to : signage and fixturing, joint digital campaigns, and co-sponsorships.
- Collaborate with BRUNT's Community and Events team to integrate retail partners with our event strategy.
- Build creative briefs and use project management skills to execute retail marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external buyers to keep a pulse on marketing initiatives and understand customer feedback.
- Contribute to visual merchandising standards and develop streamlined processes for retail partners' marketing initiatives as BRUNT scales.
- Manage allocation of retail marketing budget.
