Overview :
Our client is a software marketplace for businesses and is hiring a CRM Implementation Specialist to assist with platform configurations, technical problem-solving, and ensuring seamless integrations of CRM / AMS systems. This role requires a highly technical individual with strong software expertise, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently. This role will be working alongside the strategy team to support a well-rounded experience for all clients.
Key Responsibilities :
CRM / AMS Expertise : Leverage a deep understanding of CRM / AMS systems, integrations, and workflows to ensure the platform operates and connects efficiently.
Platform Configuration : Manage platform settings, including primary contacts, opt-in / out preferences, flags, supplier relationships, and integrations, to align with client needs.
Technical Problem-Solving : Identify and resolve code or configuration issues, escalating when necessary to maintain system integrity.
Excel Proficiency : Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting system-related tasks.
System Improvements : As needed, collaborate with the product team to identify and implement enhancements based on technical requirements and client feedback.
Data Accuracy : Ensure all technical configurations and system relationships are accurate and up to date.
Requirements
At least 5 years of various CRM administration experience, especially implementation.
Strong understanding of CRM / AMS systems and data integration points.
Data analysis and reporting abilities.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and system configuration issues.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients and technical tasks.
