Job Description
This is a remote position.
Job Highlights :
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day (2 hours within the Pacific business hours, 2 hours flexible anytime)
Develop and maintain consistent brand visuals across all marketing materials
Create graphics for social media posts, stories, and ads
Design product packaging and labels as needed
Assist in creating presentations and other internal documents
Stay updated on design trends and propose innovative ideas to enhance Kola Goodies’ visual brand
Responsibilities :
Create visually appealing graphics for various platforms, including social media and packaging
Design marketing materials that align with Kola Goodies’ brand guidelines and aesthetic
Collaborate with the social media team to produce engaging visual content
Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines
Contribute creative ideas to enhance the brand’s visual presence
Requirements
Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills
Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
Good communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback into designs
Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
