Job Description
As an Outreach Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our client's explosive growth, playing a pivotal role in expanding their reach and nurturing relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities
Spearhead the creation and execution of innovative marketing and communication campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation
Manage comprehensive email outreach initiatives, nurturing leads generated through various advertising channels
Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing expert information about our revolutionary TrueIQ testing and iReady Academy programs
Develop and implement segmented email campaigns tailored to diverse audience groups, including parents and educational institutions
Pioneer the automation of communication processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
Collaborate seamlessly with the existing design team to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms
Support the smooth operation of multiple brand initiatives, adapting quickly to new projects and priorities
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements
Proven track record of at least 3 years in lead generation and digital outreach, preferably in the education or child development sector
Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing tools, email campaign management, and marketing automation platforms
Exceptional written communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling, audience-specific content
Strong analytical skills and experience with data segmentation for targeted messaging
Proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets for project management and data analysis
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Adaptable team player comfortable with a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
Passion for education and child development, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
Bonus : Familiarity with IQ testing methodologies or experience in educational technology
