Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Senior AI Developer to lead the development of our AI-driven emotional processing platform. You will play a pivotal role in integrating AI personalization, emotion tracking, and data analytics into an engaging user experience. This is an opportunity to shape a groundbreaking platform that combines advanced technology, gamification, and therapeutic principles to make emotional growth accessible to a global audience.

Key Responsibilities :

AI and Machine Learning Development :

  • Build AI algorithms for personalized content adjustments based on user inputs and emotional responses.
  • Integrate facial recognition APIs to detect emotional states and enable real-time content adaptations.

    • Therapy Simulation and Gamification :

  • Translate EMDR therapy principles into interactive, gamified experiences using bilateral stimulation and reprocessing techniques.
  • Design engaging game mechanics to create a light-hearted yet impactful user experience.

    • Data Analytics and Security :

  • Develop systems to collect, analyze, and visualize user data for research and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and implement robust security measures for sensitive user data.

    • Cross-Platform and Future-Proof Development :

  • Design and develop a web-based platform optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.
  • Architect solutions for seamless future integration with VR technology.

    • Backend Development and Scalability :

  • Create scalable backend systems to support increasing user data and engagement.
  • Develop an analytics dashboard for real-time insights into user behavior and trends.
  • Work closely with UI / UX designers to ensure an intuitive, user-friendly interface.
  • Implement engaging and interactive activities to keep users motivated throughout their sessions.

    • Requirements

    Qualifications :

    Technical Expertise :

  • Advanced knowledge of AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience with facial recognition APIs (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Amazon Rekognition).
  • Strong background in backend development (e.g., Node.js, Python, or similar).

    • Industry Knowledge :

  • Understanding of gamification principles and EMDR therapy techniques (preferred).
  • Familiarity with mobile-first and cross-platform development best practices.

    • Design and Data Skills :

  • Proven ability to implement secure data storage and privacy compliance measures.
  • Proficiency in working with UI / UX teams to create seamless user experiences.

    • Soft Skills :

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with VR development and immersive technologies.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools and dashboard creation.
