Partner with creative teams and other departments to design visuals aligned with organizational goals.Brand Consistency :
Ensure all designs follow brand style and voice guidelines.Photo / Video Editing :
Edit and retouch photos / videos for various platforms.Asset Management :
Organize and prepare print / digital assets for production.Production :
Set up and deliver content for print and digital use.Qualifications : Experience & Education :
5 years of design experience; Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.Design Skills :
Expertise in design, typography, and color theory; Knowledge of print and digital production processes; Familiarity with the latest design tools and trends.Software Proficiency :
Skilled in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects); Experienced with Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Must use macOS.Additional Skills :
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Dropbox, SharePoint, Asana); Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo); Knowledge of web design, CSS, and HTML is a plus.Portfolio Required :
