Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sous Chef located in Saratoga, WY. The Executive Sous Chef will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, oversee food preparation, ensure quality and presentation of meals, and assist in menu planning. The role includes supervising kitchen staff, maintaining inventory and supplies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and working collaboratively with other staff to provide an exceptional dining experience for guests.
