About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing existing accounts. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in inside sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience in the Manufacturing industry
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system

Skills:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and identify their needs. You will use your strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize your workload and meet or exceed sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is essential to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Experience in the Manufacturing industry and with Salesforce CRM is preferred but not required.
