Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations on our ice cream flavors and menu items.
Food Preparation: Scoop and serve ice cream, prepare sundaes, shakes, and other specialty items while ensuring quality and presentation standards.
Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, serving station, and equipment.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
Cash Handling: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, and operate the register.
Inventory Management: Assist with stocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
Health and Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
Qualifications:
