- Scoop and serve ice cream to customers
- Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Follow proper sanitation procedures to ensure food safety
- Assist with kitchen duties such as preparing toppings and cleaning utensils
- Bus tables and keep the dining area clean
Experience:
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
- Knowledge of retail math for inventory management and pricing calculations
Note: This job description is for an entry-level position as an Ice Cream Scooper. No prior experience is required, but a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential. Training will be provided on the job.
