We're in search of a highly organized and forward-thinking General Manager with the ability to handle all aspects of operations for the company, including a growing customer service department. This position will regularly work with other managers to identify and implement new opportunities for improvement at our company, as well as work closely with the human resources department to oversee the performance of staff members. A successful candidate will have extensive experience in running an organization, understanding how to take initiative when necessary and remaining calm under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct performance evaluations of subordinate managers and employees.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the business community and ensure that the business is a good corporate citizen.
- Work with the senior management team to plan for the future, set goals, and develop budgets.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
