Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Skid Steer/Loader Operator to join our landscaping company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a skid steer/ loader and other heavy machinery to assist in snow removal This role requires a strong understanding of skid steers and snow relocation.
As a Skid Steer/Loader Operator, you will be a vital part of our team responsible for clearing snow and maintaining safe driveway and streets during winter weather conditions.
All equipment is provided by us! Use our skid steers, Loaders, shovels and equipment.
1. Must be available 24/7 when the snow starts flying.
2.Must have 5 years of experience
3. Must have reliable transportation.
4. Must be prepared and willing to work extended hours, during inclement weather.
5. Must be punctual, reliable, and friendly
Duties
- Operate skid steer/ loader for snow plowing and relocation
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and minor repairs as necessary.
Skills
- Proficient in operating skid steer /loaders and other heavy machinery.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment effectively.
- Experience in snow removal
- Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to safety on the job site.
