BCLP is seeking to hire patent attorneys for its Intellectual Property group. Applicants must be registered to practice before the United States Patent Office and preferably have a degree in or work experience with either (a) semiconductors or (b) software, including artificial intelligence and machine learning. Applicants also must have a minimum of one to four years of experience with interviewing inventors, drafting, and prosecuting patent applications, including overcoming rejections under 35 U.S.C. §101.Successful applicants will be self-starters, will be able to work independently in a team environment and multi-task, and will have excellent communication skills, superb writing skills, and a strong work ethic. The position offers the chance for significant responsibility and provides for direct client contact.
