This is a remote, work-from-home position. We will consider applicants that reside in the following states : Arizona, Florida, Idaho, Ohio, Indiana, Missouri, Nevada, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah.
Pay Range : $20 - $24.00 per hour DOE. Work hours are 8am to 5pm AZ (MST) time.

Position Summary of the Re-Entry Associate :
The Re-entry Associate conducts student appointments to identify or reaffirm students' educational goals and disseminate course and program information as necessary. This includes current students with respect to re-enrollment, continuing education and students that did not complete their program of study. The Re-entry Associate assists students in understanding their financial obligations while partnering with financial aid and accounting departments. The Re-entry Associate ensures students are informed of effects on financial aid related to their course schedule, impact of withdrawing from coursework, and timeliness of degree completion. The Re-entry Associate will support department leadership in planning, organizing, and coordinating all activities related to re-entry of students.
Responsibilities of the Re-Entry Specialist :
Tracks dropped students and implements plans for recruiting students for program re-entry.Conducts student appointments to identify or reaffirm students' educational goals and disseminate course and program information as necessary. This includes current students with respect to re-enrollment, transferability, and applicability of previous college credits earned, degree program options, degree program requirements and progress, and providing information on university policies, practices, and rules.Maintains a student contact strategy for all students who have withdrawn in order to facilitate their re-enrollment into a degree program.Re-educates students of the appropriate timeframes and program commitments while helping them identify available options to develop a personalized plan for success.Assists students in understanding their financial obligations while partnering with financial aid and accounting departments. Ensures students are informed of effects on financial aid related to their course schedule, impact of withdrawing from coursework, and timeliness of degree completion.Assists students in completing all re-entry forms and processes to ensure they are prepared academically and financially to begin. This includes working with other team members and departments to provide additional resources for re-entry such as textbooks, classroom information, etc.Partners and educates students about all available options for degree completion. Ensures a completion plan is on file for each student.Track re-entry information such as date, application status and necessary follow-up.Complete necessary administrative work as needed and complete call logs accurately.Maintains call center database by entering information.Sets the example of excellence in assisting students to succeed.Serves customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining databases.Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Performs other duties as assigned or apparent.associates.Ensure that all federal, state, accreditation, institutional regulation, policy, and procedures are met.Other duties as assigned.Requirements of the Re-Entry Specialist :
Bachelor's degree preferred.Call center experience preferred.Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently.Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel in a professional, courteous, and effective manner using excellent customer service skills.Possess excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines.Results and goal-oriented with a philosophy for quality improvement and is focused yet innovative and time sensitive.Must be computer literate and have exceptional telephone skills.Possess high job accuracy, efficiency and dependability.Must have consistent, punctual and reliable attendance.Effective listening and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a high volume and sometimes stressful work environment.Experience working in online higher education institutions is preferred.Ability to work in a fast paced, virtual environment using software technology including but not limited to, Google, Gmail, CampusVue, Zoom, and other cloud-based management systems.Ability to sit for six to eight hours.Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.Bryan University is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity as a critical step in ensuring employee, student, and graduate success.
