Landscape Construction Foreman

Position Overview

Bryan M. Fournier Landscaping is looking for a landscape/ hardscape construction foreman to join our growing team. In this role you will be installing high-quality hardscape features, working with materials like natural stone, pavers and concrete. You will be overseeing a skilled crew that constructs stunning outdoor spaces for our clients.

Candidate must have experience in hardscape. Candidate must know how to read landscape plans and understanding of job layout. Ability to overlook job site and oversee colleagues while on job site.

What You’ll Do

• Read and interpret landscape design plans and blueprints
• Prepare and grade sites for hardscape installation
• Install paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other stonework
• Installation of plant material, including trees, shrubs, and perennials
• Set proper base materials and ensure proper drainage
• Cut and fit stone, pavers, and other materials with precision
• Operate equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and compactors
• Work efficiently while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship
• Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite
• Other work as directed

What We’re Looking For

• 3 years of experience in hardscape installation
• Strong knowledge of paver and stone installation techniques
• Ability to operate and maintain landscape construction equipment
• Understanding of grading, drainage, and base preparation
• A keen eye for detail, quality, and craftsmanship
• Experience with plant installation including trees, shrubs, & perennials
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Experience with low voltage lighting and irrigation a plus
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus but not required)
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
